What does it mean to place a hold on library material?
If a library book or some other type of library material is checked out, you can place a hold on the item so you are in line to check it out when it is returned. You will receive an email notifying you the material is available and you have seven days to pick it up at the library's circulation desk. See attached file for instructions on how to place a hold.
